Nicole Hermonat comes to LuxRE with about 15 years in the real estate industry, having worked in several facets of real estate from an appraisal office, to executive assistant to a top real estate agent, to Operations and Compliance, to running a transaction management business. As well, she is a licensed Realtor in Florida and Texas.

Nicole is originally from northern Illinois, and has lived in eastern Pennsylvania, eastern Ohio, Mississippi and, for most of her life, northern Texas. But from the moment as a little girl when she first visited her grandparents in Florida and saw the palm trees and ocean, she knew Florida was home. Having navigated so many out of state and local moves personally gives her a different perspective and understanding of the moving process, and empathy to what our customers are experiencing.
