Nicole's Story

Nicole Black AKA our LuxRe Naples Hype Lady got her start in Real Estate back in 2015 after managing a portfolio of vacation rentals. Residential sales was an easy transition for her using the Marketing skills from college to strategizing creative solutions and hunting for investment opportunities; helping her customers purchase properties that would make them money in return!

Nicole studied Marketing at Portland State University in Oregon where she is originally from before moving to swfl with her husband in 2010. Creating visually appealing graphic designs as well as physically styling homes to catch online buyers attention has always been something our Hype Lady has loved to do!

Over the next few years Nicole worked as a Solo producing agent at a local boutique brokerage before she stepped into a major leadership role, directly coaching agents and managing all marketing operations for the agency.

Nicole is a natural born leader and true real estate marketing strategist, passionate about mentoring agents on how to elevate their businesses by leveraging digital tools, lead generation and automation that has been proven to convert to more sales!

Partnering with Katie Werchek in 2021 to launch LuxRE Naples was a no brainer for Nicole, as Katie is the MASTER of the custom home building, design and has proven track record as a true Top Producer selling over 30M as a solo agent!
