So you’re house-hunting with Katie Werchek?? Buckle up for an exciting ride! Katie is totally professional, high energy and fun!  Additionally, we always felt that she was on OUR side and working for US.  Katie quickly helped us to determine our wants and needs in a home and furthermore which communities and locations would suit us. 

Each day was well planned to maximize our time with her to view the most homes in the communities we chose.  She was always on time and well organized. At the end of each day, she would send us a written summary of each viewing which helped us to remember the homes and compare them.  In retrospect, when we read a “List of Things Your Realtor Should Do”,  we realize Katie did it all.....and more!!
